The Skilton Friend Building Company was established 12 years ago. Our directors have over 30 years industry experience, including degrees in Building Construction and Management.

All our workforce are direct employees (we do not use subcontractors) and qualified as apprenticeship 'time-served' tradesmen.

We supervise all tradesmen to ensure an excellent standard of workmanship in all areas of construction. We work very closely with the client and architect to make sure their vision is realised.

Our work is carried out under legally binding contracts issued by ARIBA listed architects.

    We work on construction projects up to £2million. Based in Woodside, we mainly cover South East London & Surrey.

    All projects adhere to current health and safety guidelines (including provision of Risk Assessments and Method Statements if required)
