Case Studies > 8 : Dulwich, SE22 (2006-7)A complete refurbishment including loft conversion and single storey rear extension with a fabricated steel superstructure.Features included folding doors, a Nordic Green copper roof (electronic opening fan lights in the roof), underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, four new bathrooms (one featuring a glass wall and glass door into shower), a complete electrical rewire, a new central heating system, a modern high gloss kitchen featuring Corrian worktops, and ceramic tiles for the ground floor.
